Yacht Deluxe: Brings GTA Online's yachts to Story Mode, with a few bonuses like being able to actually drive the thing instead of teleporting from place to place. I doubt it will ever need updating, works with add-on vehicles too. I've saved over 500 vehicles with it, all fully customized (it even saves custom colors and add-on wheels that normally glitch out when using trainers). Unlike other similar mods, this one doesn't seem to have any limitations. Persistance Mod: It lets you save vehicles.
